A Study On Personalized Files

Pushed by the trend of personalized information service all over the world, the thought of personalized files produced to satisfy archives users' demands.The thesis consists of five parts.Part 1 points out the trend of personalized demand of archives users, analyzes current situation and existing problems of the filing reform, archives using service, archives compilation, which bring archives works in a dilemma. So the thought of personalized files comes out.Part 2 based on the analyzes of several pairs analogous conceptions, expounds basic conception of personalized files and analyzes theoretical and practical foundation of personalized files and significance of building personalized files in our country.Part 3 describes the process of establishing personalized files and raises the expectative purpose of personalized files. Also, this paper put forward the personnel and opportunity requests of building personalized files. Then, it discusses and illustrates the realization of My Files and Our Files, which are two phases of building personalized files, in detail, such as general requests, the system's basic functions and realization methods, concerned information technologies, etc.Part 4 further discusses other concerned issues of building personalized files, including the security of networks, the privacy of archives users, the quality of archivists and the propaganda of archives web site.Part 5 describes prospective of the appliance of personalized files- from theory to practice, landscape combination and portrait combination.
