Global informanizalion develops at a staggering speed. Combining computer science and communication technology, it is characlerized by its abundant information, last transmission and strong interaction. It brings great opportunities to the development of world economy and cultural transmission, but at the same lime it produces a profound impact on the protection of intellectual property in all social sectors.The dissertation focuses on the protection of intellectual property involved in the archival informani/alion.It's mainly composed ol two parts:In the first part, the author attempts to construct an overall theoretical system of intellectual property protection, Part I illuminates the current situation and tendency and analyzes its characteristics, nature, contents and principles.Part two is a study on the strategies and approaches to protection of intellectual property involved in the informani/alion of archival work including those methods applied in the development, publication and utilizalion oi archives information resources.
