Research On The Development And Application Of Inventory Systems Based On Fuzzy Evaluation And Dynamic Planning

The informatization of manufacturing industry has been the significant method to enhance the efficiency of the design, manufacture and management of products. The implementation of enterprise resource planning(ERP) is a important part in the manufacturing informatization. And inventory systems have a direct impact on enterprise logistics and producing planning. So the development and application of inventory systems, which are based on ERP technology, is a key role for manufacturing informatization. This paper analyze the related technology and do some research on material classification coding and production inventory optimizations. After this, this paper provides a implementation of inventory system based on ERP , which receive confirmation from enterprises.The first chapter introduces the research background and the general situation of ERP technology, and analyze and summarize the current status in material coherent technology. At last, this chapter presents the main task of this paper and the general framework.In the second chapter, the concepts of fuzzy evaluation and ABC classifications of materials based these concepts are provide. The following describe the determination of MMF and the generation of ROM table and provide the auto-generating method of material coding.This third chapter introduces the general theories of dynamic planning(DP) and optimal control. Through the analysis of the producing inventory model, the third chapter provides the optimal model based on dynamic planning. This optimal model can reach the minimal total cost of producing inventory during the determining time horizon.In the fourth chapter, the function designs of the inventory system are first provide. The second part analyzes the details of the sub modules and provides solutions for the distributed inventory systems. The following describes the integration of inventory systems in ERP system. The role-based authority management is analyzed in the last part.This fifth chapter provides the employment of this system which successfully applied in Zhejang KaDa corporation.The last chapter does a summary on this paper and points the direction of the ongoing research.
