The embedded systems are developed very rapidly in the pastthirty years. With the progessing of the informationtechnology, more and more embedded systems exchange data with Internet via Web Servers techonolgy. It is no doubt that the design of the embedded Web Server will be the hot point in the proressing of the embedded system dsigning in the next ten years. The modern Internet is based on the Ethernet technology, so to design embedded Ethernet Web Servers has more values then others. At the beginning of the thesis, we give a brief review of the embedded systems' history and disccuss its future. Then the Ethernet technology and its higher level protocols are been analysised. Base-d on this analysis a solution scheme with 8 bit micorprocess of the embedded Web Servers is showed in this thesis. The hardware the embedded Web Servers is consisted by the Philip' s 89C668 and the Realtech' s 8019. After deeply analysis of the TCP/IP protocols, we simplify them and design a TCP/IP stackes with C. As successful replanting the stackes into the embedded Web Servers, we realized a HTTP protocols based on "this stackes. And a remote control function is designed using HTTP protocols.A series of the testing examinations show that the scheme that using 8-bit microprocess to realize the embedded Web Servers is feasible. This thesis study the implimention the embedded Ethernet Web Servers, the key technology of it is discussed. It provided a basic ackonowledge to realize the Ethernet Web Servers which had more complex function. The Ethernet Web Servers which we implemented here is simple and reliable, but most importantit is very cheap; it can be widely applied in many fields which don' t need a good real-time performance.
