Establishment Of Evaluation System For Clinical Key Discipline Of First Military Medical University And Development Of Evaluation Software

The construction of key clinical discipline is vital, which can give an impetus to the overall hospital construction. Great attention has been paid to researches on the law of discipline construction in which discipline assessment is of great importance. Under the guiding of discipline assessing theories, taking the experience in discipline construction and criteria of evaluation system at home and abroad as reference, and considering actual situation and practical experience of the affiliated hospitals of the First Military Medical University, the study focuses on the objectives of the evaluation system firstly. Secondly, the objective has been decomposed into several levels and various criteria were set in each level. Possible weight of each criterion can be acquired through analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Thirdly, a complete and comprehensive evaluation system for key clinic disciplines were set up after two-round mega-sized counsels have been held with experts to make correction on the evaluation system and the weight of criteria and also to clarify the connotation of each criterion. Meanwhile, the software relevant to the evaluation system has been developed. The evaluation system comprises 7 first-degree criteria, 18 second-degree criteria and48 third-degree quantified criteria with illustration.
