Design And Implementation Of Clinical Medicine Majors System For Self-learning

With the rapid development of network information technology, computer technology has many fetures such as the multimedia and network. The explosive growth of real world information, traditional teaching methods are unable to meet the needs of students, and therefore it needs to find a new teaching method for students’knowledge learning. It can be considered during the traditional class lectures, it can also make use of modern computer network technology to learning by the students themselves.The purpose of this paper is to design clinical professional e-learning platform to help students complete the online self-study. We study the practical needs of online self-learning and conclude the system requirements, and then we design the system basing on the requirements. Then we implement the e-learning system by using J2EE framework and the Oracle database. In the system, we use many developing technologies such as MVC, UML and so on. The system is deployed at Dalian Medical University for the students of medical major. In fact, there are many online learning systems, but there is few for the medical clinical specialtyl. In this thesis, we focuse on e-learning system that uploads and access to learning materials, while the students’ learning progress of the systematic and comprehensive recording and analysis. By the analyzing results, students’learning can be customized, which can help students improve the abilities respectively, and it also can draw interests and develop good learning habit for students.The Medical Clinical e-learing system has been deployed and used for nearly one year, and it facilitates the management and usage for both the teachers and the students at Dalian Medical University. Therefore the system implemented in this thesis has great practical values.
