Research And Implementation Of Clinical Thinking Ability Evaluation Method Based On The Diagnosis And Treatment Behavior

The rapid growth and convenient access to the current social information resources,to a certain extent,improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.But doctors as the main body of the diagnosis and treatment process,they put forward clinical problems for the patient's condition,and through the inspection and other means of continuous analysis to solve the problem,are still the key to medical behavior and the guarantee of medical quality.Meanwhile,it is also an important part of medical education in our country.The research on the method of clinical thinking ability can help doctors to face up to the present situation of clinical thinking ability and improve clinical thinking ability.Aiming at the problems existing in the current clinical thinking ability assessment method,this paper presents a clinical thinking ability evaluation method based on the doctor's diagnosis and treatment behavior,and combines the advantages of the computer simulation technology to realize the method.Through the assessment results in real time feedback to the doctor,to help doctors find and improve the clinical thinking of the weak links,to promote clinical thinking of the work.First of all,this paper analyzes the importance of clinical thinking and the necessity of assessing the ability of clinical thinking,clarifies the significance of the work of this paper,through the domestic and international clinical assessment methods and clinical thinking ability assessment methods of research and analysis,further clarify this article The research objectives and research content.Then,the related theories,such as clinical thinking,computer simulation cases,virtual simulation cases and so on,as well as the related technologies used in developing the clinical thinking ability assessment tool are elaborated,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research.Then,the method of evaluating the clinical thinking ability based on the diagnosis and treatment behavior is put forward.Through the modeling of the evaluation method framework,the key issues involved in the three stages of the evaluation method are defined,which includes defining the evaluation criteria,collecting assessment data and analyzing the assessment results.What's more,in order to realize and validate the clinical thinking ability evaluation method proposed in this paper,we designed and realized the clinical thinking ability evaluation tool.Finally,the relevant experimental scheme are designed to verify the feasibility of the evaluation method proposed in this paper,and whether the test evaluation tool meets the functional and nonfunctional requirements.The experimental results show that the clinical thinking ability evaluation method based on diagnosis and treatment behavior,combined with the design and implementation of clinical thinking ability assessment tool,can achieve the patient-centered diagnosis and treatment of the scene simulation,so as to assist the doctor to complete the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients,collect the doctor's treatment behavior data,access to the doctor's clinical thinking process.The detailed evaluation index defined on the basis of the extensible assessment system is used as the evaluation standard to analyze the doctor 's diagnosis and treatment behavior data,and the results are visualized to the doctor,which reflects the weak links of doctors' clinical thinking.
