In current medical treatment system, the iatrical monitors have become the important referenced target for the doctor and nurse to diagnose, to cure and salve the patients. Monitoring the patients with multi-parameter has the advantage of betimes and effective treatment. However, most of current medical treatment systems are wire monitor by bed, during the time the patients can't move freely. Such kind of custody has no effect to serious patients, but to the patients who are in convalescence and can move freely has the inconvenience. Moreover, if the patient is a contagion such as SARS, because of the doctor and nurse contact the patient during the cure the doctor and nurse has the probability of being infects. In addition, most traditional monitors have the singleness function, it can only monitor certain parameter, if we want to monitor multi-parameter, we can only use more monitors with different function to monitor. Above all the traditional iatrical monitors system have various defaults, so we urgent need a kind of monitor that not only can monitor patient with multi-parameter, but also need no contact with patient. In this thesis introduces a kind of design of multi-parameter wireless monitoring system. The system in this thesis mainly make up of emitter (collection data and transmit), wireless transmit portion (transmit data), receiver (receive data and transact), center control portion and PC terminal display. When the system has run, the emitter has received the monitor instruction (different parameter has different instruction) from center control module, the MCU control the colligate signal collect unit to collect the body signal and transform it to electronic signal. The electronic signal were processed by the pre-process circuits and A/D, the data were sent by the wireless transmit module .in receive terminal, the receiver receive the data that were sent by the emitter, then process the data by the signal process unit and transmit the data to terminal display. In the control of control module the display module display the monitor data in real time, in the same time save the data in database in order to display again at any moment.The system adopt the modularity design, this thesis introduce the design and realization of software and hardware of this system in detail, and introduce the process of wireless communications with PTR2000.In hardware portion, the thesis introduces the collection of data and process of the Electrocardiagram(ECG), blood pressure (BP), breath frequency (BF) and body temperature (BT) module, all of these, it mainly introduces the hardware circuit of ECG and BF. Then it introduces the hardcore----wireless transmitting system. The wireless system adopts a new single chip wireless communication MODEM model. In order to avoid the confusion of the transmitting data, we apply the check mode to realize the wireless transmitting of the data in the wireless system. At last it introduces the terminal display of PC and receives and processes the data with the MCU.The system adopt the wireless modem of PTR2000 to realize the wireless communication, the thesis mainly introduces the theory and design of wireless communication protocol of PTR2000. We introduce the procedure of pack, coding, sending, transmit, receiving, decoding and correcting. The high-speed wireless modem of PTR2000 series provides better method for the engineers to design wireless products, because the application of PTR2000 is very simple. But some outer factor can have effect on the data transmission, so we need valid method to assure communication. The first thing of protocol is to recognize noise and valid data. Through testing and experiment, we find that the occurrence of 0xFF followed by 0x00 isn't easy in noise, so we should add the beginning bit of 0xff followed by 0 before data bag.The system adopts the modularity design of software.
