Analysis And Design Of The MIS In Hospital

Developing a set of MIS in hospital which run high-efficiently, use conveniently and manage easily can improve the working efficiency of the hospitals, on the other hand, can also provide science foundation for the decision of the Party and government. It is very important that using appropriate developing methods and network structure in developing such Information System in the hospitals. This system adopt object-oriented method to analyze, design and accomplish every sub-system function and design application procedure through adopting two layer C/S structure.Object-oriented method mainly include three steps: system analysis, system design, system implement. This thesis expatiate this three parts in detail.Firstly, the author expatiates development background, purpose, meaning, current system research condition and main contents in chapter one.In the second chapter , the author analyzes the system in detail. Firstly describe the construction of the hospital so that the readers would have a general understanding of this organization. Then the author analyzes the system demand. The most important thing is to establish the system model during Object-oriented analysis. The system model includes object model, dynamic model and functional model. The importance of the three models is different in vary problems. This system emphasize particularly on the object model. Object model describes the object classes and the relationship between them which in the realistic world. And also show the static data structure of target system. Steps that establish object model are: looking for an object class, identifying the construction, defining property, and defining service. While finding object class, we generally find out much more object class as possible as we can. Therefore, there usually include a lot of incorrect or unnecessary thing among them. We must delete unnecessary object class and only reserve those object that actually should record its information or need its offering service. We establish the object model of the hospital according to the steps that establish the object model.In the system design stage, the author mainly discusses the design of sub-system, person-machine mutual design and database design. Considering of the realistic situation in most hospitals that will use this software system, we adopts C/S construction todevelop. Since C/S construction strictly defines the handling scope between clients and server, clients give users friendly graphic interface, while the server only deal with the database system. In the person-machine mutual design part, the author made the software easily to use. Database is an important part in the design phrase. This system utilizes object-oriented database design method to design. Object-oriented database system is the result that database technique combine object-oriented procedure design method.In the end, the author discusses some key techniques that this system uses. We use PowerBuilder9.0 to develop this software. PowerBuilder is easily to use and save a lot of time for us. The database system we use Anywhere which creates more thin database files. So we can easily update our system that built with it throughout the internet.
