NNC(Neural Network Control) is a rising study field which has been developing with the progress of the computer technique and biology technique applying to classical control theory and modern control theory, which has been a branch of the advanced control technique. Compared with the traditional control theory, neural network control has the bigger fitness to the complexity of circumstance and assignment. It is not only the constructed model, but also has multilevel description precision. It developed self-study, self-adaptive and self-organizing conception, so it can be applied in more extensive field. The temperature system applying in DCS(distributed control system) is a big inertial, big delay instable system which is difficult to have a precise mathematic model and have no idea method to control it efficiently. DCS is applied extensively in computer control system today. But in many enterprises it is still in routinecontrolling, it is very significant to study advanced control algorithm. At first, this paper analysis deeply the ideal soul, mainly algorithm, characteristic and development of NNC, and expatiate application of, NNC in temperature control system. Then the system is modeled, using NN(neural network), and validate the accuracy of the model.A most classical function of NNC is to realize precise nonlinear to approach any function in L2 space by using amounts nerve cell. This paper utilizes this trait to complete the precisely modeling on big inertial, big delay complex nonlinear system. The method is simple and effective, through comparing curves of step response between nonlinear model and feedforward Back-Propagation Network.
