System identification is the basic of control system design , genetic algorithm (GA) is a kind of overlapping,self-adaptive,probable searching algorithm based on mechanism of natural selection and natural inheritance. Fuzzy control is a kind of computer control technique based on fuzzy set theory, fuzzy language variable and fuzzy logical discursion. The thesis mainly uses fuzzy control principle to self-adaptive control across probability and mutation probability in genetic algorithm. This fuzzy genetic algorithm is applied in identification to the math matrix of the thermal system—transfer function. According to the system identification and the power plant safe run, the thesis design a low inspirit frequency signal and compile thermal system identification software based on the simulation to controlled object in thermal system identification use the fuzzy genetic algorithm.
