Research On Genetic Algorithm And Its Application In System Identification

It is resulted by the further research of intelligent control theory and its applicationin the control field that genetic algorithm is put into use in parameter identification.Based on the study on the defects of genetic algorithm that is slow convergence speedand pre maturity, this paper brought up with three kinds of improved genetic algorithm.Firstly, some improve strategy is used in genetic operators. Secondly, fuzzy logic isbrought into the algorithm to adjust the genetic operators dynamically. Thirdly,according to the concealed parallel characteristic, these two algorithms were run togetheron one CPU to form a parallel genetic algorithm. Through conducting experiments inspot on 450t/h CFBB, a great deal of data is collected, on the basis of putting the data inorder an gain the object transform function by genetic algorithms method, the validity ofthe algorithm is proved.
