In view of problem that existed in the current network foundation lesson teaching of the vocational high schools, such as: Students' character is low, disobeying the discipline at class, the teaching quantity is difficult in guarantee, the teacher teaches while the students play at class, the teaching efficiency is low, etc, which cause the teacher cannot finish the teaching task. The writer think the stress lies in fully playing the leading role of the students and arousing the study interest of the vocational students. Using the successful experience of the teaching reform at ordinary school, such as: attempt teaching method, research study, etc. and being directed by the modern teaching theory, I formed the instructional strategy of "Practice First Then Teach " at the network foundation lesson of vocational high school and have finished the micro-experiment at the District B of Yuzhong Vocational Education Center. The experiment result expresses, carrying out the teaching experiment at the network foundation lesson of vocational high school can increase the students' academic record, stir up the students' study interest, strengthen the student's corpus consciousness, benefit to form the positive study attitude and good study habit of the students.At the same time, the teaching mode of " Practice First Then Teach" at the experimental class received fully affirmative and welcome of the students.
