On considering the point view of audience, the civilianization of broadcasting news means defining the standard of news value with humanism. That is, on the content of communication, selecting the materials having deep relationship with audience, who having great interests and abilities in understanding; on the style of communication, being close to and equal with the audience. In other words, it includes that anchors, the direct interpersonal communicator, embracing with a civilianization appearance, transmitting understanding, favor, sentimentality and anger with their true feelings; and that the news content and commentary are plain and common, in which reflecting the respection to the accepting habit and capacity of audience; are true but not artificial, simple but not lack of details, considering thoroughly of the audience's aesthetic needs, communicating with microphone and camera, the origin function of broadcasting.With analyzing the profound background of its emergence, this thesis points out that broadcasting news' civilianization is the trend of the times because of the development of national production and popularization of education and consuming, emphasizes that advocating this kind of civilianization does not mean confronting refined culture, not even descending of media's quality. Trying to analyze the current practice of native broadcasting news' civilianization, it brings forward a new set of feasible thoughts.
