In recent years, cellular phone is accepted by more and more people.And as a very important assembly component, LCD module's manufactureis becoming a key part for cellular phone's manufacture. So a deepresearch is executed on the key technology for the quest auto-productionline that is used to produce LCD module, independently solve the difficultproblems that will directly effect the production , and have a deepunderstand for some experiments and analysis methods.1.The whole auto-production line is deeply analyzed , using many kinds ofanalysis methods, e.g., FMEA, DOE, Brain Storming, Fish Bone Figure,etc. and several serious problems that will effect the production directlywere found.2.TAB high scrap rate problem was deeply analyzed, and found out threemain reasons for TAB scrap: TAB extricates from guide wheel, TAB washung to rupture, cooperating parts matched bad. For the analysis results,provide the most optimistic solving methods, and dissertate the executingresults.3. For feeder frequent alarm problem, we also analyzed the currentproblems: high load torque, high failure rate, and high difficultmaintenance. Some different solving methods were advanced and discussedfor the scheme design and execution.4.Inspection station has some problems: long testing time, more controlpoints , and can not meet the requests for product quantity and quality. Forthese problems , will improve it from testing method, test software andhardware, and so on.Finally, the paper presents all main conclusions of the research and somesuggestions are given to further study.
