Research And Realize On The Amalgamation Project Of IP Net And SDH Net

At present,IP based network is becoming more and more popular in daily life and commercial operation.However,the traditional SDH equipment could not provide high speed and low cost data service And it's not economical of investing too much on new equipment and withdrawing the primary investment. Furthermore, the entire digital network cannot fulfil the existing traditional operation.So how to inosculate IP based data network and SDH network becomes a very inportant and pratical technology.Firstly, this article described this inosculating trend and correlative technology.After the author analyed these technology, he recommanded two data link layer technology in detail, i.e. IP over SDH using LAPS and Ethernet over SDH technology in detail.And then the author brought forward a ISL system plan based on these two technology and described the realizing plan of ISL system icluding software and hardware architecture.After that, the author introduced his development work at length, which involved design and debug of system hardware and software.Finally, the author reviewed the whole project and described the experiences and defects during project development.
