| On the condition of global economy, Information Technology (IT) has become the energy provider for an enterprise. The enterprise has paid more attention to its informationization. Especially for manufacture enterprise, because Logistics Management (LM) has become "the third resources of benefit", Informationization of LM is playing a more important role in resource scheme optimization and cost optimization.This paper has firstly made a deep study on modem logistics, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the technology of BPR (Business Process Reengineer), and then made a particular analysis on their relation.. From that this paper has discussed the relation between implementation of modem logistics management theory and the building of Information System. The result indicates that the modem management theory and IT must be integrated, and BPR must be implemented by the modem management theory.Secondly, based on the logistics system of a Construction Mechanism Corporation, particular system investigation and requirement analysis have been carried out, it is necessary to recombine the organization and business procedure, and the enterprise's logistics procedure is also needed to integrate and standardize. Then the system software structure is given. This function structure includes ten subsystems covering with all branches of the supply chain, from upper suppliers outside the enterprise to every logistics link inside the enterprise: purchase, storage and production. At the same time, in order to improve logistics flow, system has other functions, such as management, control and decision.At last, using modern information technologies such as Web technology based on Intranet, the logistics management information system was built up on the basis of WWW.This paper will help logistics information system to spread and apply in China enterprises especially in manufacture enterprises, and will improve management level and market competition ability of the Construction Mechanism Corporation.
