Design And Study Of CCD Data Acquisition System Base On EPP Technology

The purpose of subject is to achieve the process of data acquisition for linear CCD signal, and then send data to computer through a parallel interface. Based on the further analysis about all kinds of data acquisition system, in the paper, the research of data acquisition system for linear CCD signal is made. According to the work flow, the entire system can be divided into four blocks: CCD driver model, data acquisition model, data buffering model and computer interface model. These models can be subdivided single function models,which are designed respectively and debugged in development system.This paper analyses linear CCD signal firstly, and then introduces characters of CCD signal and CCD chip's driving circuit. This paper choose Toshiba's CCD chip i.e. TCD1300D to realize the signal's photo electricity conversion. Through the analysis about the characters of CCD signal, This paper study it's driving circuit for data acquisition system. In addition, based on Windows2000 operate system , the wave displaying platform is provided .In this paper, EPM7128S84 which is a part of Altera's CPLD device is applied to achieve the digital logical circuit for the data acquisition system. Since it possesses the function of storage data and modified online, this paper design configuration circuit for it in hardware circuit. The driving circuit of CCD chip, the logical controlling circuit of data acquisition system and computer's interface circuit are all integrated in EPM7128S84 chip. and DLL is put forward as driving program. The hardware can be hot plugged. Finally, this paper produce a control platform to present the function of showing collected wave, for user's further developing more powerful platform, a routine is provided. The research of our subject achieve the success of the data acquisition for CCD signal and sending data into computer. Since the advanced CPLD technology is used to produce digital circuit and the data transmission is finished with the EPP technology, extensive market prospect is placed.
