The main content of this paper is plug-and-play process monitoring and performance optimization method based on three-tank system.Modern industrial systems are becoming more and more complex,and the requirements for safety and reliability are gradually increasing.Process monitoring is to ensure the safety of the system,and a sub-module of the monitoring system is established to protect the safe operation of the system.The performance optimization of the system has always been a research hotspot.In order to improve production efficiency and improve production quality,the improvement of system performance is essential.Plug-and-play is used to improve the scalability of the system or component.New modules can be inserted or removed without affecting the stability of the system.At the same time,in order to meet the frequent maintenance and modification requirements of industrial processes,simple and reliable plug and play technology is very valuable.Without changing the original stable system,in order to realize the plug-and-play design,this paper deduces the basic principles of the implementation of the plug-andplay process monitoring and control framework based on the Youla parameterization method.This framework performs the insertion or removal of new modules on the original control system structure.Based on the plug-and-play operation,an adaptive diagnostic observer monitoring module is established,which forms a process monitoring framework structure with the original system.In addition,on the basis of plug-and-play implementation,optimize controller parameters and improve system performance.The research in this paper will use data-driven methods to build adaptive diagnostic observers based on the input and output data of the system,update the parameters of the learning and improve the performance of the system.
