The light-beam stability in the mechanical vibration environment is one of problems among the design of the optics flat on the vehicle. Here we analyze and research the theory, the method and its construction design of an electromechanical servo-device of piezoelectric.In this paper, based on the theory of piezoelectric ceramic and vibration mechanics, an implementing mechanism propelled piezoelectric actuator is proposed. Its principle is that its actuators controlled, drives its optics component to transform from the instructions detected by sensors into the displacement and to output it, thereby change the light-beam stability problem into real-time tracking. On the basis of this, a two-dimension, linear and angular direction, implementing mechanism controlled two piezoelectric bar is established. Numerical analysis indicates that actuator made of piezoelectric ceramic is practicable. Feedback and feedforward control is taken, and its model of two-dimension vibration system is established. Some main parameters of structural design and a piezoelectric ceramic taken, simulation software (MATLAB) been made use of, the simulation examples of the sine and step response are done on the basis of the follow-up problem. Two restrictions of the usage range and frequency are given. The end result shows that electromechanical kinetics model of this system is rational, and that this mechanism can effectively control the displacement and has several advantages such as high precision, rapid response, and wide band. Also restrictions of the displacement and force against the design of device are shown clearly.
