Due to manometer grade of resolution and fast response speed of piezoelectric actuator, it has extensive application prospects in many fields such as precision mechanics and microelectronic. However because of its non-linear property and the limitation of displacement, piezoelectric actuator is limited in much more practical application fields.This project is a pre-research subject against to the shortcomings of piezoelectric actuator driver, which sets up piezoelectricity non-linear model of piezoelectric actuator and designs a kind of type mechanical structure of stepping actuator driver. While having high-resolution, the actuator driver has over lcm of long displacement and output power.At first this dissertation introduces the principle and characteristic of the piezoelectric actuator and analyzes the nonlinear model of piezoelectric actuator nowadays. According to internal and external ring displacement curve function relation of piezoelectric ceramic actuator, precise model is proposed; then designs one simple mechanical structure of stepping actuator device and analyzes their feasibility by the software emulation; finally designs MCS-51 control circuit including D/A and A/D converter circuit and develops a dynamic driving line power for piezoelectric ceramic actuator by utilizing excellent performance high voltage amplifier. In conclusion, the piezoelectric actuator system with high accuracy and long displacement is completed by assembling these parts.
