The design of yield monitor system is the most important part in the precision fanning system. It has a relationship between the design and yield map. If there have not an efficient device to get ride of the Interference in the precision farming system it would be useless use precision in it . Through analyse the yield monitor system we research the design of the adjustable device.If we want to design an efficient device we must know the principle of yield and the procession. Yield maps are produced by processing data form yield monitor system has a vehicle positioning system integrated with a yield meter as well as a yield recording system. Accordingly a yield monitor system consists of several components. It must have sensors to calculate the amount of the crop it harvested, and a positioning system to determine the machine's location and the area harvested. The system must also include a data storage device for recording the position and yield data.This paper research the reason of producing the error. And design a device to adjust the data. In this paper the Global Positioning System (GPS) was used. The GPS receiver was fitted on the roof of the machine. The working principles were described in the chapter 2.The device consists of data collecting card and data storing card. Three load cells fix on the entrance to weigh mobile grain weight, a "reference" load cell with a known mass provides compensation for on-the-go weighing. Microcontroller-AT89C52 is used as microprocessor that is cheaper and easy to be used. The software was programmed with C-51 language. C-51 not only has advanced languages' character but also has feasibility to manipulate the hardware. The memory chip used in the design produced by ATMEL company. It is serial SPI bus form. The working principles were described in the chapter 4.At last, a yield mapping system must have a data recording system. Data are transferred from EEROM on the circuit board to the micro- computer through serial port An "Access database" was designed to save and analyze data. The database was programmed with Visual basic 6.0 which have great advantages on database design.The software designed such functions as recording data, analyzing data, data enquiry and chart display.A reference load cell was used to reduce unwanted error due to the combine engine vibrations. To reduce nonlinear error due to the amplifier and the A/D circuit, the crop massdata were conditioned using linear interpolating algorithm.
