Design and Exploit the Database of CD-400CG ICT System adopts the image processing technique, database technique and Web technique, expands the technical application in traditional database, increases the image querying, image processing function .The application of Web technique will infuse into the new vitality for the image database again, making the department of CT test more convenient and obtain images for needing information fastly, easy to share the image resources in Internet.This thesis is a research and design in the CT image database primarily. The thought of designing is that the CT image database system in Web should be able to query by image content, it relates to image processing, distribute object technology and component object model technology, Web database, connectivity database technology and database middleware technology and so on.The thesis lucubrates some characteristics, types and framework of the distributed multi-tier systems; and discusses CT image database in Web which involves image processing, querying by image content, choosing database, connecting database (such as ODBC, JDBC), database middleware (such as ISAPI, ASP, JDBC, CGI, etc. ). The thesis describes how to select image DB interface and middleware relying on the requirement of system and the practical environment. The thesis studies and demonstrates hybrid structure of image database system Querying By Image Content (QBIC) in -B/S mode and its framework relying on the basic theory of the image processing, the distributed multi-tier applications, component object model and Web database technology.How to query by texture of image in Web has also been studied in this thesis. There are two methods that have been mentioned: (1) using distance of spatial histogram to measure the similarity between images; (2) using distance of a composed of four features detected from spatial dependent matrix to measure the similarity between images. Basing on it, the function of CT image database system is exploited which includes image processing method, querying by image content and querying by text.
