As the great development of satellites and computer technology, digital remote-sense image is taking a more and more important place in many fields. But before using, remote-sense image must be pre-processed. And the methods in pre-processing are still hard and inefficient, in which GCP (Ground Control Points) marking is a key step and bottleneck. It is a challenging and pivot work that to find out the method to collect mass of GCPs from the very beginning. The correction of large scale remote sense satellite images need a great many of well-marked GCPs, which need a hard and skilled working;and those well-defined GCPs can be rarely used in the next time, which is a great waste of hard-work. In this article, the author proposes method to improve the utilization of marked GCPs by storing and reusing them using GCP Image Database , which is a great save of hard-work and method to automatically detect new GCPs by importing some algorithms in computer vision like corner detector. Some techniques which may be not paid attention but are of great importance in engineering and system development are also presented.
