Distributing VIDEO in the internet is an important application.But,the request of real time and high bandwidth make Distributing VIDEO a challenge in the internet.People employ measures to resolve this request.However,mechanism to resolve this repuest have lots of problem.The tradition network introduce manages in the application layer and chain layer so capacity of manage demand cannot but set a limit.Because network only affordip in network layer and TCP/UDP in transmit layer,single configure cannot satisfy the demand of applications.In this paper,we describe an self-adapted multimedia stream model based active signaling and probe.In the active network,routers deploy active signaling excution environment and probe, furthermore probe will scout active environment and adjust resource reservation level of routers while network resource is enough,then work in sender to transport.Active network have a lot of branch,we exert active reservation protocol and RSVP to carry through active router's reservation,handle probe to detect starte,sender will send vary quality media data,receiver request differ quality media reservation,so wo can achieve media stream availability transmit and control.This model is bringed forward multimedia stream,but adapted for lots of transmit and control..Chapter 1,we introduce this paper.Chapter 2,we anatomy active signaling and probe particularly.Active signaling protocol(ASP) is an important application in active network.Probe is a model to debug and inspect active environment.Furthermore,we analyse RSVP and its employmet process.Chapter 3,we bring forward the active signaling and probe model to scout the network state.Chapter 4,we analysys key class and object in the model.Chapter 5,we design programmes for user and deploy it to linux 9.0 operating system so we can experiment partly.Chapter 6,we sum up and analysis work for later.
