| The communications and transportation, which are the infrastructure of the state, play an important role in development and normal operation of national economy. As the fundamental equipment of railway train working department that ensure safety, the station electric interlocking apparatus plays an indispensable role in station operation. While for disorder or repair, these basis equipments may lead to the electric interlocking apparatus unused totally or locally . So in that interim period, the station must start a safe and reliable equipment into work immediately.Thus a new project must be advanced by the railway research department that how to operate the reception and departure of train safely in improper conditions.The systems, that discussed in this thesis, aim at the research of hidden accidents in uninterlocking conditions. It solves the problem of safety flaw of manual operation in uninterlocking conditions, and provides a new method for reception and departure of trains under uninterlocking circumstances.First, the aim, the composition and the function of the system are discussed in detail in this thesis. Then the whole scheme design and research of the system are given. And then based on the deep comparisons among the variable switch indicators, the reliability of communication between the main communicating machines and data transfer is studied, and the detail method for realization is presented too. At last, the system design is proven to be fully feasible by the actual development and simulation experiment, and the prospective aim is achieved in the session of connection and actual emulation experiments.In all, the system can obviously improve the working efficiency, can lower the labor intensity, and at the same time can mollify the mental intense state of the operating workers, thus to improve the through capacities of the station. And the most important is that it is an unlacking supervising apparatusin reception and departure of train under uninterlocking conditions. |
