It is widely concerned that the mobile communication technology, which offers people enormous convenience and great experiences, should be utilized properly. For instance, the criminals and terrorists can transfer stolen messages secretly or consult crimes via cell phone. Ulterior merchants will abuse the voice and sms service for filthy lucre, even going so far as to damage subscribers’ normal communication. Undoubtedly, the utilization of mobile communication technology unrighteously will harm the interests of others and affect social stability. Therefore, more and more attentions should be paid to supervise mobile stations effectively.In this thesis, we propose a scheme of 3G/GSM mobile stations supervision system, and design the supervision system. For GSM mobile stations, the supervision system has the ability to perceive the subscribers’IMSI/TMSI and MSISDN, to supervise the voice and SMSs communications. For 3G mobile stations, the supervision system has the ability to perceive the subscribers’ IMSI/TMSI, to supervise the voice communications. The main contributions of the thesis are as follows:1. In this thesis, we realize both the perception of GSM subscribers’ IMSI/TMSI and MSISDN and the realtime supervision of GSM mobile stations’ voice and SMSs communications. In order to lead GSM mobile stations to attach to the virtual cell built by the supervision system, and in order to perceive GSM subscribers’ identities, we do the further research on the GSM criterion of 3 GPP, especially the cell reselection procedure, location update procedure and authentication procedure so as to design the proper system information. Through the simulation of GSM subscribers’ identities, the supervision system can proxy GSM mobile stations’ voice and SMSs communications, thus the realtime supervision of GSM mobile stations’ voice and SMSs communications can be realized.2. In this thesis, we realize both the perception of 3G subscribers’ IMSI/TMSI and the supervision of 3G mobile stations’ voice communications. In order to lead 3G mobile stations to perform Inter-RAT reselection process and then to attach to the virtual cell built by the supervision system, and in order to perceive 3G subscribers’ identities in GSM mode, we do further research on the UMTS criterion of 3 GPP, especially the cell reselection procedure, location update procedure and authentication procedure so as to design the UMTS switching device. Through the simulation of 3G subscribers’ identities, the supervision system can proxy 3G mobile stations’ voice commucations, thus the supervision of 3G mobile stations’ voice communications can be realized.3. In order to supervise the voice, the SMSs and the information of mobile stations in real-time, a supervision management system is developed. The management system, which is programed in the UNIX environment, is based on the Qt SDK, and applies graphical interface to realize the systemic I/O management.
