The Expert Control System Development Tool Based IPC

The control system based IPC is a new way for automatization technology growing; For dealing with control problem in industry process with wide lag, nonlinear. multivariable and incertitude, to develop intelligent control is an available way.Expert controller and non-control expert system can be developed by "The expert control system development tool base IPC" (ECSS), and expert controller can run with SCADA. This dissertation first introduces the thought of design ,and divides ECSS into several parts in light of its functions,and every part is introduced briefly. Then communications between expert controller and SCADA, and the design of expert control,such as knowledge library, reasoning, real-time control and so on, is dissertated in detail.At last this dissertation introduces real-time expert control with expert controller developed by ECSS. The anticipant control curve approximating strategy and corresponding self-learning strategy are submitted and implemented very well. The result of Expert control in three-tank liquid level equipment and three-zone high temperature furnace is satisfying.
