Network Software Development On Risk Prevention System Of Dynamic Alliance

This article is the main part of "Research on the risk management mechanism and the risk prevention system of dynamic alliance", which is supported by NSFC (project NO. 70172042).The dynamic alliance has some advantages as a new organization model in the 21st century, but at the same time, it has some risk factors, especially in practice there are some risk management problems which need to be researched and solved because of its characteristics, such as members' variety, integrated function, region's dispersion, temporality and recombination of organization. So, establishing a perfect and efficient risk management mechanism and risk prevention system of dynamic alliance is the main basis of ensuring to form the collaboration without interruption, running effectually, sharing the risk, disbanding and recombining easily, and is also advanced and pioneering type problem in the filed of risk management science and in practice that causes people's more and more attention.This article has five parts as following:The first part, with analyzing the function demand on risk prevention of dynamic alliance enterprises, this article designs the frames on risk prevention system of dynamic alliance enterprises, and it analyzes the factors in the system and puts forward the corresponding measures detail by detail.The second part, according to the designing target and the designing idea of the network software development on risk prevention, this article puts forward a network module and the information flow, designs the network text adapting to the risk prevention and puts forward the mode of software development.The third part, this article designs and develops the key methods on selecting and evaluating members, dynamic contract and dynamic inspection mechanism, risk prevention, risk evaluating methods and the risk early warning system in the network software development.The fourth part, this article designs and realizes the relative environment for the network software of dynamic alliance.The last part, this article gives the detailed function and flow of the software, and introduces the network text and the induction of the software.In this article the author introduces the theory and system on the risk prevention of dynamic alliance. The text on the risk prevention of dynamic alliance, the key method of the network software and the development of the applied network software have a certain extent advanced and innovative, and make up the scarcity of management software in practice of risk preventionof dynamic alliance in China, they also have realistic instructional meaning and important reference value.
