Research Of Optical Data Exchange Based On XML

This paper studies the way of optical data exchange based on extensible markup language (XML) ,on the foundation of establishing the standard of optical data format and the system of optical databases.Firstly it refers to that in the condition of web optical data is stored at a series of different databases. Then at the face of the difficulty of exchanging data among different databases , it analyses the future of relational database and XML and puts forward that exchanging data of different databases can be realized by using XML as a medium .In technique, the key is to implement the exchange of the mode of relational database and XML.That is mapping between them.The data structure is denoted by XML document type definition (DTD) and the content is denoted by XML document.So that keep consistent with each other in during of exchanging.Practisingly it fulfills the exchange between the optical equipment database and XML.On one side,from the database to XML it can realize data issuance.On the other side ,from XML to the database it can realize data integration.
