The Intelligent Community Management System Based Ethernet Technology

This paper puts forward scheme of Intelligent Community Management System based on Ethernet and web exploration technology, through the analysis of the intelligent requirement of community, introduces the communication between the first family gateway made by digital community and Intelligent Community Management System , gives the application of SMTP,POP3 and Winsock technology in Intelligent Community.Primarily using the WEB technology of ASP, XML, SQL , VB and . NET to solve the problems in developing Intelligent Community Management System and the questions such as remote reading .urgent alarm, urgert help, remote control and so for each family. An integrated Intelligent Community plan has been completed. Through sending data of eight meters, alarm email and urgency help from family gateway, besides sending control information, note get along with data again information and proof time data from intelligent community management platform,the model has finished the function of remote supervise, remote reading,guard against theft and alarm, urgency help, note service and so on .This paper points out the constitution design of Community Intranet, introduces several leading ways of connecting to the Wide Band Internet, especially the Ethernet, and the application of SQL, ASP, XML, VB and . NET technology, gives the database and website design of the Intelligent Community, through realtime supervising email server to get data by VB program running background , finally presents the function of the Intelligent Community divided by family information serve system , house automatic system and management system in details .
