Research On The Internet-based Multi-field Bus United Network Platform

The emergence of fieldbus control system (FCS) is a big replacing in automation realm. FCS has great superiority, but there are hundreds of kinds of fieldbuses on the market now. Different fieldbus use different communication protocol, and different products made by different manufacturers can't be displaced, so it's difficult to expand the use of FCS. In that case, the solution can be to link different fieldbuses to a united network platform. On the other hand, along with the development of network technique, the technique of Internet has seeped from the daily life to each realm of industry produce. This makes Remote Monitoring and Control possible to the industry automation produce.According to such background, this thesis discusses several fieldbuses, and proceeds with the study of the united network platform. And provide the complete control process.This thesis put forward the solution of the internet-based multi-fieldbus control system platform, and discusses four questions: the first floor control network protocols, configure and control, database and web server. Then give each question a solution. On the first question, the thesis led into the concept of OPC (OLE for Process Control), proceeded the analysis of the OPC data access server, and the realization of OPC client; on the second question, gives the configuration and self-recognize of the OPC server and the control system; on the third question, give a data for database construction; the last question, give the design of the web server which is programmed by java language.This system can solve the problem of the communication of different fieldbus, and so the fieldbus can each develop its own advantage. This can make the management of the factory go deep into the control field.
