| Email has been the most widely use~J network service and has been used in daily work of lots of enterprises and companies. But on firm ground, companies would not like to use free email subscribed in Internet for commercial utility. A safer way is that get their own Email server. Utility of their own free Email server is an approach to the problem. For example æ’endmail?is just such a one. Although powerful sendmail is. it has no easy management tool. The usual way to set the server is to modify the relative configuration files, really a hard nut. If sendmail can抰 be well configured, it is not only the thing that can抰 fulfill the function of sendmail, but also the thing that can cause some security problem. After fully analysing the configuration files and Internet security problem, sonic relative work about GUI sendmail management tool has been done here. At the same time. a GUI sendmail management software has been brought into reality.
