Yake company’s new vibration test management platform aims to automated test management by microcomputer and integration of rich digital signal processing functions, in order to make maximum use of the general computing platform’s capability to raise the equipment’s automation level while effectively reduce its running cost.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of equipment’s software system with focuses on its core functions realized by software. First, as the system’s developing foundation, this thesis briefly introduces basic theory of mechanical product vibration test and random vibration signal processing. Beginning with discussing the system’s demand analysis, the thesis focuses on analyzing this vibration test management platform, including its basic vibration measurement function, object’s vibration module parameter estimation function, vibration signal’s power spectrum estimation function, and vibration measurement task management function, etc. It also gives the above functions’ user cases. On the basis of demand analysis, it discusses the system’s design scenario, including internal design of some main sub-systems, such as data management sub-system, data analysis sub-system, measurement test and task management sub-system, etc. At last, it discusses the system’s programming, including programm’s general architecture, main programming units’structure and relationship, main programs, system test and some typical engineering project cases introduction. Finally, it gives summarize of the system development.This is a comprehensive vibration test management environment implemented by software. Its main functions are programmed by C# and run in universal Windows.NET environment. This platform has been finished testing and get very good feedback from the users in practical application.
