Design Of The System Of The Video Transmission Based On LAN With Realization

Because of the large information capacity of video data and limited transmission bandwidth, the compression code of the video, transmission channel and the option of network procotol become the crucial technology in video transmission application.This paper has studied a video transmits system based on LAN. The purpose is to adapt network condition, utilize network resource fully and get better QoS in application layer.After the article introduce thoroughly moving image andsound coding standard MPEG-4 , it analyses the real-time transmission protocol, IP multicast technology and DirectShow technology. On the foundation of these technologies the structural model of the system has been given finally and been realized through C + + language.The characteristic of this system is to transmit video data through IP group broadcast technical, combining present newest sound video general code and adopting RTP/RTCP on UDP; At the same time, client end carries out medium decoding and playbacks with newest DirectShow technology. Besides, this paper studies and designs the user bandwidth detection feedback control algorithm video coding adaptability control algorithm and network pack algorithm. By this,Video.net,a network video transmission application software,has been developed .It can realize network video direct brodcast and get better effect in actual application.
