The Study Of The Mobile Phone As A Kind Of Media

The history of communication is also the development history of technology. As the information era come into being, traditional communication media is facing comprehensive challenges from information carrier to content. As a new kind of media, mobile phone has experienced three stages as emerging, development, and prospective in our country. This paper includes four parts: the emerging and present situation of the new kind of media, the relation of the mobile phone and the traditional media, the study of SMS, expect of tendency of mobile phone media.In this paper, in order to give a brief analysis of the past, present and calculate the future of mobile phone media, the author gives a lot of examples when he combs the fountain and stream of the mobile phone media, introduces its technical principle, origination, characteristics and realization. Besides, the author also point out that the mobile phone has become the new media today. At last part, the author puts forward existing problems of the new media and discusses how the mobile phone is influencing the traditional medias. The mobile phone, which has being applied together with network by people, offers consumers a new information exchange experience, and is becoming a pioneer for the future personal wireless communication. Besides, it also indicates the future trend of communication development.
