Long range virtual laboratory means realizing all kinds of long range laboratory environment through virtual earthy technology. The custom can complete every experimental item in the virtual laboratory like in the real environment. The effect of learning and training in the virtual laboratory equals to or be better than that in the real environment. The system makes effort to construct a scientific research integrated environment combined with different tools and the electronic and network. The custom can share many resources such as data, information, equipment and manpower to research and develop efficiently.The paper mainly discusses EDA long range virtual laboratory system based on internet. The system is composed of circuit edit, virtual instrument display, circuit simulation and model and circuit optimization. The paper provides three-lay virtual laboratory construct by using OOD and simplifies the he complexity and enhanced reusability of virtual laboratory system in designing, including reusing present network technology and self- update. The design center algorithm for circuit design has been studied thoroughly. An optimal algorithm and theory to Design Center Problem is proposed. This paper is on the basis of ameliorated Monte Carlo analytical method and improved the efficient of the algorithm. Additionally, parameters and precision have been optimized largely and the simulation cost of the system has been decreased greatly. Also the numbers of input variables that can be optimized are unlimited theoretically. As to network safety, digital signature, CA authentication and graded custom management have been applied to insure the safety and efficiency in the network running and transferring.
