The CRM ( Customer Relationship Management) is an applied system for according to Internet, and is inevitable outcome which the center mode change from product to customer.It manage customer in more valid way through integrating enterprice business the process and realizes in the business enterprise inner part information is with the sharing of resources, provide for customer more economic, fast, thoughtful product and serve, keep with draw on more customers. That system analyzed customer's information and business information in order to find new customer and market for more and more benefite.CRM is a new technolegy join togethers modern management science and computer science and flying develop of technique about network technique, database technique, and correspondence will the push CRM of continuously change. But a lot of crms have no complete combine together with call center and electronic business, and it limited the CRM function largely.This text detailed introduced logic construction of CRM and constitution of CRM system and then given a realistic project, designed and applied. The technique and method are introduced detailedly those are used widely in client-relation management. The system' functions are analysed in detail after they are introduced simply.
