With the development and popularization of the Internet and clo ud computing technologies,the development of call centers has enter ed a new stage,gradually developing into cloud platforms that suppo rt multi-service,multi-tenancy,and flexible expansion.Along with the expansion of the call center and the explosive growth of data volu me,it poses a severe test for data analysis and storage.Therefore,a data-driven platform is needed to analyze and store the data resourc es of the call center,provind data support for call center operations and further development.This thesis designs and implements a call center-based data platf orm based on the requirements of massive data storage and analysis in the call center,including data analysis and file storage.It uses H DFS as the distributed file system of call center data platform,Hiv e and Spark to implement data analysis,HBase for massive file sto rage,combined with Java Web technology,uses Spring Boot for ba ckend service development,and provides data management services.This thesis first introduces the research background of the call c enter data platform,introduces the development status of the call ce nter and the research status of the development of big data related technologies,and then introduces the related technologies in the big data ecosystem needed to implement the call center data platform.Then,the requirements of the platform are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of call center data,two major requirements of da ta analysis and file management are proposed.Then,the key technol ogies for implementing massive file storage in the call center are in troduced,including file storage policies and concurrent solutions.Bas ed on the requirements analysis,the data analysis module and file s torage module are designed and implemented.Finally,the system wa s tested and pointed out the shortcomings of the system and proble ms that needed to be solved in the future.
