The Research On A CASE Technology Based On Graph And Data Structure Reciprocal Mapping

As numerous technical and factitious factors make the development environment of the software system more complicated and more difficult to manage, people have noticed gradually that CASE develops the important function in the project of the software system. And as an important content of CASE, the software configuration management becomes the essential terms for stcngthening the development management of software and setting up of the standardized software development environment.The functions of graphic tools are limited in the course of the computer assists the software analysis, and insufficient support to consistency maintenance to data share automatically, this paper proposes consistency maintenance mechanism of software configuration based on graph and data structure reciprocal mapping.Picture that put forward in the article graph and data structure reciprocal mapping support not merely to map graph from data structure efficiently, besides, regard graphics element as a unit, analyze and discern to user's modified graph, produce the corresponding data structure automatically, maintain consistency of graph and data structure efficientlyOn the foundation of expanding CASE graphic tools effectively, we direct against the intrinsic characteristic of traditional waterfall model, proposesmall loop model to software analysis based on graph and data structure reciprocal mapping solve problems of slow information feedbackand high track back cost efficiently.In addition, in order to support the course of software product development better, we use the thought and method of PDM in the production process of the physical product to expand CASE system, make it realized the integration to the product information from higher level, really accomplish introduction of the information, many people, using effectively many times.Through the realization of graphic tools based on graph and data structure reciprocal mapping and using PDM thought to expand CASE system being above-mentioned, we have designed and realized a CASE prototype system based on the small loop model tentatively.
