After entery WTO, the progress of newspaper marketing accelerate rapidly and press business group established increasingly. The channel of issue appear versatility. However,it is unreasonable and uncomplete on structure, the service concept which trying to obtain the competitive advantage is omited. Therefore, price war breaks out from time to time.The thesis bases on economic and social theory models, applies the comparative method of studying and analyzes systemly the history and the present of the channel of issue of the developed country and china. In the same time, analyzes the channel' s motive structure from object, aim, content, condition and way, then finds the difference in establishing and selecting strucature.Finally, the thesis summarizes the advanced experience of the developed country, points out the in perfection in china, puts forword the concept which led by service and based on consumer.Guided by the concept, we can adjust and complete the present channel.
