This paper introduced The Development of Surveillant and Manipulative System Based on the DSP about Compressor's Running State. The whole system finished the functions about surveillance and intelligentized protection on compressor's electromortor. It also applied the technique of DSP on the protection of the electromotor, and solved the problems which about the traditional relay protection of the electromotor cause the high fault rate; made up the limitation of the SCM; met the request on the high reliability and Intelligent control in the protection of the Electromotor.Surveillant and Manipulative System Based on the DSP about Compressor's Running State centered on TMS320-C32 DSP. Owing to high speed of TMS320-C32 DSP, we choose electronic component matching the DSP to design the functional module such as A/D peripheral equipment. The system takes advantage of the DSP such as the high speed of processing the data and powerful function of programming, which simplify the procedure of programming so that the portions of program are modularized and ensure the implement of the protecting arithmetic. Simultaneously, we take into account about the component selection, circuit design and the technic of the product adequately .Particularly about the running environment of compressor's electromotor. It makes the compressor to run reliably and efficiently and also reduces the cost of the whole system .The system considered that users who hope to get the information about running and exception handles through a computer (PC or IPC). So we designed the communication module, which can realize the data exchange between field protection devices and remote monitoring computer.
