Modular design method is one of the effective means to solve the contradiction between product variety diversification,design cycle and cost.The antenna array usually adopts modular design.The connection of electrical cables and liquid cooling pipelines between antenna modules is an important part of the antenna modular design.Generally,the electrical cables and liquid cooling pipelines connection of the antenna module is to manually connect various electrical and hydraulic quick connectors one by one.For a single electric or hydraulic quick coupling,the industry is already very mature.However,for multi-group,complex,large-diameter,automatic electric or hydraulic quick integrated quick docking devices,they have not been widely used due to various technical difficulties.Antenna modules are generally exposed to outdoor environments.The environment has a great impact on the connection of the antenna module,especially on electrical connection.The traditional protective devices for the electrical or liquid connectors are usually protective caps.When it is necessary to connect,manually unscrew the protective caps and then connect.When the number of connectors is very large and the spatial structure of the connection position is not convenient for manual operation,if manual connection is used again,the connection efficiency is very low.At this time,a docking mechanism that can automatically open the protective devices and connect the electrical cables and liquid cooling pipelines at both ends is needed to save time.Therefore,integrated automatic docking and protection technology of electric cables and hydraulic pipelines between antenna modules studied in this paper has important research significance and practical value for antenna modular design.(1)Research on technical solutions for docking mechanical structure.Analysis the technical indicators of the docking mechanical structure and decompose its function.This article analyzes and discuses the advantages and disadvantages of different solution under each function.and forms the final overall technical scheme of the docking organization.(2)Research on the mechanical structure of the automatic docking system.According to the best solution of each functions design the docking mechanical structure Analyze the maximum deviation of the docking mechanism and the required floating amount according to the technical indicators.The type and arrangement of the disc spring required by the axial compensation structure are designed.Design door frame components.Analyze and calculate the key structural dimensions of the lifting curtain mechanical structure in the protective components.Three mathematical calculation methods for the key dimensions of the lifting curtain mechanical structure are established,and the calculation accuracy and applicable occasions of the three different calculation methods are analyzed.Analyze and calculate the required driving force of the lifting curtain mechanical structure and determine the required driving motor parameters.The reel components mechanical structure are designed.According to the control requirements,the electronic control system of the docking mechanism is studied.(3)Analyze the reasons for the large frictional resistance of the water hinge,and improve the sealing proposal.The ABAQUS software is used to analyze the friction and sealing performance of the water hinge.Judge the rationality of the improved sealing proposal based on the simulation results.(4)Conduct experimental research on docking mechanical structure.According to the technical solution,the prototype is made to conduct experimental research to verify whether the docking system can successfully work under the limit deviation.Verify that the key structural dimensions of the lifting curtain mechanical structure are calculated correctly and analyze the calculation accuracy.According to the measured data,it is verified whether the force calculation of the mechanical structure is correct.Choose different sealing rings to carry out the friction experiment and sealing experiment of the water hinge,analyze and compare the friction and sealing performance of each sealing ring,and verify the rationality of the simulation,which lays the foundation for the development of the next generation water hinge and docking prototype.
