With the high speed development of information technology, the enterprise managers how to make use of the abundant data that come from different data sources and profit from those, thus data warehouse technology conies into being. In this thesis, data warehouse performance is studied based on data integration, query optimization and parallel technology. Different methods should be used to do with data that come from different data sources at the time of data integration. As to dormant data, we should evaluate the value and reliability in advance so that to exclude those not necessary data. The performance of data warehouse begins to go down, while more and more data come into your data warehouse flat. At this time we should improve the performance of data warehouse by using a variety of methods. Configurations have to be extended if the former methods cannot satisfy the need of managers or users. Mere we use parallel technology to improve our data warehouse performance. It includes parallel software methods and parallel hardware methods.An exam data warehouse is built in chapter 5. the enterprise managers and users may query exam information by using our data warehouse flat. We have gotten better effect on text information and dormant data processing, data partition and distribution.
