Development Of Control Configuration Software For DCS Simulation

With the devlopment of Control System and Computer Technology,domestic automatization level of industry improves notably. Distributed Control System is adopted widely in runing and controlling of industrial field,so softwares of simulating DCS emerge consequentially.Simulation adapts to simulator's operation and handling malfunction,and it can shorten a project's time and reduce cost, besides it can decreases the expense on hardware's maintenance and training.Because DCS is very complex,simulation must depend on manufacturers' information.In this paper, the control configuration software is developed for DCS simulation, and this software is tested in GuiZhou XiShui Power Station's simulator.In this paper, the main content includes three parts. Firstly, some compounds such as I/O blocks and algebraic and logic blocks and PID blocks are exploited. Secondly, the software of configuration could configurate online or offline, and debug and diagnose the control systems.Thirdly,management system disposes the exchange of data,and executes strategy of control,manages the real-time database.The DCS of I/A Series is regarded as main reference object, and the control is separated from model.And the configuration of control is operatised at Administration System,not to be added into Model,not to build control sound code also.Therefore it realizes on-line adjusting, real-time control and so on.Users configurate by filling table.They only define I/O condition,fill certain operation variable,and name logic variable.The software offers a friendly user's interface,so personnel can compile and modify the control and logic program,change the value of logic and control variable conveniently, attach themselves to run,debug and control the system,not need to know the programs deeply.So the configuration software offer a flat that control engineers can attend to control loop,not to give their attention to the complicated program.The software is improved than the traditional software.It is offered not only to operator for simulation training,but also to engineer for designing control configuration and training the control manager The pattern of control configuration accords with the reality ,not need to test in the actual DCS,and reduces the investment,so it gains the simulative ends.
