Based upon the research on theories of condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and signal analysis, the paper puts forward a method of hybrid vibration monitoring. Hybrid Vibration Monitoring System fixes the sensors and transmits signals to destination through field routing. It accomplishes simple diagnosis by hardware, which are mostly measuring instruments. Then software system is applied to exactly diagnose fault, which are mainly portable system. The Precision Diagnosis System judges what kind of methods should be adopted, offline diagnosis or online diagnosis, by circumstance. In this way technicians can not only conveniently carry the routine check on machine but also consider further the cause, position and degree of internal equipment fault. According to analysis, judgment could be made. The Hybrid Monitoring and Diagnosis System was applyed in the Dynamotor Assistant System and achieved success.The paper developed a digital displacement measuring device based on studying various measuring device. The measuring device cooperating with displacement sensors and prepositive device can monitor vibration signals including peek-peek value and average value etc. Besides, it can auto-detect the distance that the sensor installed with and alarm if the interval exceeds the alarm value. Digital display mode makes vibration displacement observed easily. Moreover, a measuring device with multi-channels can be a combination of several such instruments, which is a convenient interface for further analysis. This kind of device has extensive applications. The eddy current displacement sensors with various sensitivities can work with the instrument. The displacement device has two kind of power supply, DC and AC, which can insure the stability and adaptability in field application. MC1404B counter chip responding for accurate signal replacement was set in the internal circuit. The display component adopts the 7135 LED display circuit with Common Cathode. The LED chip has high precision, high resolution and it can detect the polarity accurately. The paper also discussed the general design, structure design and electrical characteristic design in briefDisplacement measuring Device was developed according to the requirement and circumstance. It has the characteristics, which are convenience, efficient and precise measurement and great application.
