Design Of Vibration Displacement Sensor Calibration System

Vibration displacement sensor, widely used in mechanical vibration measurement, is animportant part of the vibration displacement measuring instrument. Most of them are eddycurrent vibration displacement sensor. With the rapid development of modern sensortechnology and computer technology, the traditional artificial reading, manual record andcomplicated data processing were not suitable for modern vibration displacement sensorcalibration system. The modular designed and digital processing calibration system based oncomputer technology, have better performance in accuracy and efficiency. In order toimproving the accuracy and efficiency of vibration displacement sensor calibration system,measurement institutions should adapt to these developments by raising the level of vibrationdisplacement measurement technique.This dissertation researches into development and implementation of rapid detectiontechnology for vibration displacement sensor, based on the current level of technology inSouth China Metrology Center. Research work includes several aspects as follow:⑴Make an analysis on current development of vibration displacement sensor calibrationand testing technology at home and abroad, study on the structure and working principle ofvibration displacement sensor；⑵Research into framework and functional requirements of the vibration displacementsensor calibration system；Establish the calibration system development methods and systemdesign combined with the requirements of this project；Design detection device for vibrationdisplacement sensor calibration system；⑶Design data acquisition and processing unit based on vibration displacement PCsensor and software based on VC++；Develop an automatic, efficient and friendly vibrationdisplacement sensor calibration system.The vibration displacement sensor calibration system run for a long time, and were testedfor three times. The test results show that the prototypical calibration system meet the design requirements of have high precision and efficiency.
