The System Of Computer Assistant Test On Automobile Emission

With the increment of automobile possession, automobile transportation plays an important role in national economy today environment pollution which automobile emission pollutant leads to get severe increasingly. Thereby, it is no time to delay to inspect and prevent automobile emission pollutant, while, in order to do better the work, we must do better automobile emission inspection firstly.This thesis is based on the research of "the system of computer assistant test on automobile emission ". The paper describes detailedly the developing process, present condition and developing tendency of automobile emission inspection technique in my country and other countries. The author studies the mechanism that automobile emission pollutant engenders and its inspection theory, from the perspective of simulating vehicle operating actually, the author treats acceleration simulation mode as test method by comparing and analyzing inspecting automobile emission method.At the same time, the author does a deal of investigating and studying in choosing system equipments, the main system equipments are chassis dynamometer and emission analyzing instrument, speed and stress sensor and so on. The system forms one-unit structure of automobile inspection technique, industrial control technique, mechatronic technique, sensors technique, network communication and electronic measure technique. Then, the paper discusses particularly the method how to solute actual problems, such as the design of electric circuit to preprocess signal for enhancing precision of the test system, the precisely demarcating technique of the stress sensor and method of processing numerical value, numerical filtration wave technique. In software design, the paper adopts Delphi, which is visual programming in Windows, which applied widely and faced to object. These techniques would improve practical measure-control means of automobile emission. Consequently, this test system can analyze the actual emissions of vehicle limited in definite range, which can reach the aim of keeping city atmosphere and environment better.
