Aimed at automation of the EPS accelerator radiant system, a set of monitoring and controlling system is developed in this paper. The main work and achievement are as follows:Based on the adequately investigation on the process of EPS accelerator radiant system, we put forward a distribution control system for EPS accelerator based on PLC+ IC. The whole system consists of three sub-systems, measuring, procedure-controlling and up-computer software. This paper puts forward the function and implementation project for each sub-system.In measuring system design, fully considering that the manufacturing environment is worse such as much powder dust, powerful electromagnetism disturbance, strong noise and etc., we take many active measures. In hardware, we choose anti-disturbance photoelectric isolative sensor, take RC filter to resolve high-frequency for anti-disturbance. In software, we adopt arithmetic ofrecursion mean value to collective signal values to resolve low-frequency AC and pinnacle pulse disturbance.In procedure-controlling design, based on identifying the number and position of the vehicles, we settle three technical problems such as real-time tracking beam current by velocity, precision of velocity and eliminating cumulate error from distance calculation. With the mathematic model of tracking beam current by velocity, real-time tracking can be obtained; with current simulation controlling transducer and subsection linearity, precision of velocity(error in ?1%) is triumphantly can be controlled; with inspection of the pulse numbers of switches, the position of all vehicles are checked to eliminate the error of calculating distance between all ones.In up-computer software design, aimed at realizing human-computer interface and data communication, the functions such as system interface design, data management, up-down computer communication are designed. With function module design method, the system interface design is completed; by application of network function, the data is communicated to main-computer in order to retroactively supervisor product quality and to monitor local manufacture. Through inspection of response of PLC, the problems of dada efficacy and malfunction alarm in ICC-PLC communication are solved; with adding symbol-bit, the exact conversion of receiving and sending data is realized.Now, this system has been successfully applied in radiant center of Sichuan Jiuyuan scientific and technical Co.Ltd, which makesproduction be automatic, and improves productivity and product quality.
