As the development of computer science, network communication and the technology of the pattern identification, the ability and level that deal with information automatically have been improved gradually. Now society has stepped into info time. And the intelligentized technology has been deep into various fields.There are exit various potential risks everywhere in network communication system. For network communication system has been popular, it will cause violent impact to society and country once the disaster has happened. How to avoid the disaster has happened efficiently to strengthen security and how to take advantage of resource to get the maximal social and economical benefit? It's the great problem that we must face. In the situation, this paper brought up the risk analysis and evaluation method on the basis of intelligent control and network communication technology for Network Communication System. The risk analysis and evaluation of Network Communication System firstly discussed the character of network communication and its risk. At the following we estimate a risk evaluation model according the distribution of the system's risk by time and space. Otherwise, we combined Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and set up the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for Network Communication System.The chapter I introduced the purpose, meaning, application prospect and the development status at home and on the abroad about this project. The chapter IIdiscussed the information system based on computer communication and its risk. The chapter HI discussed the character of the distribution of the system's risk by time and space. The chapter IV introduced AHP and talked about how to estimate the relative weight coefficient of the risk factors. The chapter V inducted FCE on the basis of AHP and set up a multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for Network Communication System.
